Subscriptions purchased via the TimelessToday website:

Regardless of where you purchased your subscription, you can enjoy TimelessToday content on the TimelessToday.com website and your Apple or Android mobile devices.

 

  1. You can use any modern browser to access the TimelessToday.com website, such as: Firefox, Safari, Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer 11.
  2. TimelessToday.com supports browsers on mobile devices also.
  3. To purchase a subscription:
    • Visit TimelessToday.com and navigate to the Subscriptions page.
    • From the main menu on your Apple device choose Subscriptions. Your Apple device must be running the latest version of the TimelessToday app which requires iOS 11 or later.
  4. If you have already purchased a subscription via the TimelessToday.com website and you have an older Apple device running iOS 10 or below, you can continue using version 1.9 of the app to access your premium content.
  5. You can use an Android device running Android 4.4 or above.

  1. ‘Log In/Create Account’
  2. Enter your account email address and password
  3. Click on the ‘Login’ button

Your TimelessToday Account

 

Playlists & Favorites

 

The TimelessToday app saves your Playlists and Favorites to your account. Once you log in, you can access them from any device.

 

Downloads

 

  1. Select content can be downloaded in the TimelessToday app on a mobile device.
  2. Downloaded content is only available in the TimelessToday app, on the mobile device to which you downloaded it (downloaded items are not synchronized between multiple mobile devices).
  3. Downloads are not available when using the TimelessToday website.

Subscription Management

Apple In-App Purchase Information

 

In-app purchases are purchased from and billed by Apple, not TimelessToday. These purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of Apple. All billing and refund inquiries must be directed to Apple. TimelessToday has no access to Apple accounts or personal information. If you wish to confirm the type of subscription that has been purchased from Apple, please consult your Apple account or receipt as each subscription will have a unique billing name.

Subscription Types

 

The following in-app subscription purchase options are available:

 

Premier Monthly – Premium video and audio content from live and recent events.

 

Classic Monthly – Premium audio content from live and recent events.

 

At the end of each subscription duration, the subscription automatically renews until you choose to cancel it.

 

To Cancel, Upgrade, or Downgrade your Apple TimelessToday subscription:
  1. Go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions
  2. Tap the subscription you want to manage
  3. Choose a different subscription option or tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is already canceled and won’t renew

 

Upgrade: You can upgrade your subscription to a higher level by accessing your Apple ID in Settings as described above. On purchasing an upgraded subscription, you are immediately upgraded and receive a refund of the prorated amount of your original subscription. Your subscription billing cycle starts from the date of the upgrade.

 

Downgrade: If you select a subscription that offers a lower level of service than your current subscription, the current subscription continues until the next renewal date, then is renewed at the lower level and price.

 

Cross-grade: If you switch to a new subscription of the equivalent level and the subscriptions are the same duration, the new subscription begins immediately. If the durations are different, the new subscription goes into effect at the next renewal date.

 

Cancel: If you cancel your subscription, your subscription will continue until the end of its current term and then expire. There are no refunds on cancellation.

Pricing

Subscriptions purchased via Apple in-app purchase are offered in up to 155 regions.
Pricing is based on USD and subject to exchange rate fluctuations in your local currency.

 

Pricing is exclusive of applicable taxes in your region.
