'PEAK' Training Data:
For those users that engage in the PEAK training program on the app:I understand I’ll enjoy access to exclusive TimelessToday content and proprietary materials, including an interactive workbook, and that my input will not be publicly displayed or commercially distributed. I also understand that my interactive answers to “recap” questions in the workbook (including any potentially identifying information) may be viewed by trained PEAK staff to ensure comprehension of the material (unlike my answers to “journal” questions, which will remain private). By participating in PEAK, I am consenting to these conditions.
Usage Data
We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device ("Usage Data").
This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, browsing history, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

TimelessToday will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of what they do Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.
You can opt-out of having your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

Other Third-Party Service Providers
MailChimp
MailChimp is a marketing automation platform that helps us share email and ad campaigns with interested parties. MailChimp uses web beacons, which are single pixel gifs, in our emails. When we send emails to subscribers, we may track behavior such as who opened the emails and who clicked the links. This allows us to measure the performance of our email campaigns and to improve our features for specific segments of Users.
APPLE:
Purchases made through the Apple In-App purchase feature are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions. TimelessToday has no access to your Apple ID or associated information. If you purchase a TimelessToday subscription using the Apple in-app purchase feature, TimelessToday does use the Apple in-app purchase receipt to associate the subscription purchase with your TimelessToday login and associated account, thereby giving you access to premium content. Facebook Pixel
Facebook Pixel is a tracking pixel that we use to gather information about a user’s navigation through the TimelessToday website. We use it to see what actions users take on the site so that we can show them advertisements on Facebook that are likely to be relevant to their interests
Freshdesk
Freshdesk is a software package used by TimelessToday to create customer service functionality (“Help Desk” functions), and may collect your IP address, email address, and any other information you voluntarily provide to assist you with technical problems. PEAK Program
Through TimelessToday, you may register and participate in the PEAK program. This program will allow you access to exclusive content and proprietary materials. Much of this material is "interactive" and participation in the PEAK program will require your input and comments. Although TimelessToday will not publicly distribute or commercialize your comments, be advised that staff trained in the PEAK Program will have access to your comments. If you do not wish to participate in PEAK, there is nothing you need to do, but if you do participate in PEAK, by doing so, you are advised of and agree to this sharing of potentially personally identifying information.

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
